Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- ** Customer Satisfaction**: Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and positive public relations, ensuring account retention.
- ** Budget Management**: Develop and manage unit operating budgets, providing accurate data for effective planning and control.
- ** Team Development**: Train and develop employees for maximum productivity and high morale, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- ** Quality Standards**: Implement and maintain quality standards across all food service operations.
- ** Marketing Programs**: Assist in planning and analyzing merchandising and marketing programs, ensuring compliance.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, conducting ongoing analysis and recommending operational changes.
- ** Health and Safety**: Ensure compliance with health codes and quality assurance standards, including the C.L.E.A.N.Works program.
- ** Purchasing**: Follow company and account purchasing policies and procedures, maximizing resource utilization and sustainability efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the food service industry. Top-of-account experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of health codes and quality assurance standards.
