**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor sales growth and cost control of the café against budgeted expectations and historical performance to meet profit goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field.

- Ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house.
- Strong skills in managing cost of goods and labor, with a demonstrated understanding of P&L reports and budgets.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Servsafe® Certification preferred.
