**Summary**
- JOB SUMMARY:
- The Grants Compliance Manager develops and manages grants related compliance systems for Center for Hope programs to ensure programs adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements related to grant administration.
- The position oversees post award grant reimbursement, grant budget development and modification, and other areas of program compliance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline
- 5-7 years of experience
- Diplomacy, strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, team player, organized, self-motivated, honest, commitment to accuracy and thoroughness, general knowledge/comfort with financial and legal matters, appreciation of need to comply with government regulation.
- Ability to see big picture as well as attend to detail
