**Pay Range**:$40,000-$45,000/year + bonus potential.

Headquartered in the suburbs of Chicago, Tour Edge was founded in 1986 on the belief that there was an opportunity in the golfing industry to provide high quality and technologically advanced golf products that were as cutting edge as they were affordable.

Fast forward to present day; Tour Edge has become a Top 10 manufacturer worldwide in every club category. Our golf clubs have now been in play in every PGA TOUR Major Championship and multiple Ryder Cups. Our products have been in play for 26 victories on the PGA Tours, including 10 on the PGA TOUR and 15 on the PGA TOUR Champions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Act as an internal point of contact for an assigned group of outside Sales Reps.
- Eventually develop into a Tour Edge Certified Club Fitter.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A knowledge and passion for golf and golf equipment
- HS Diploma or Equivalent, College experience desirable.
- Advanced golf equipment technical knowledge is HIGHLY desirable.
