**HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY - HERE'S AN OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE MEMORIES**

MarciSwim is a boutique swim school with locations around Atlanta. As we are expanding and gearing up for the summer season, we are looking for a part-time swim instructor with experience teaching swimming to young children but will also include on-the-job training. Instructor must be no-nonsense but kind, maintain a calm, soothing environment for kids. Job can start as early as this week, but we are flexible. We are looking for someone who is able to work 7-days in a row (mornings or afternoons, or both), with days off in-between 7-day weeks. This could be a long-term job with growth potential, or the perfect opportunity for a student or someone seeking part-time work and a steady schedule.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Teach young children swim basics using MarciSwim's method
- Keep kids engaged and learning using a loving but firm approach
- Track swimmers progress in mastering foundational skills
- Communicate with parents about concerns, swimming abilities, and things to work on at home
- Enforce swim facility's rules, policies, and regulations

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Great with kids of all ages
- Experiencing coaching private 1:1 swim lessons for kids under 6
- Experienced nannies encouraged to apply
- Understanding of both foundational swimming skills and stroke development
- Lifeguard or CPR certification preferred
- No high school students
- Must have personal reliable transportation
- Nannies and preschool teachers are advised to apply.

**Benefits**:

- Above average salary for swim instructor. Pay starting at $27/hour and up to $40/hour, commensurate with experience.
