**Responsibilities**:

- **Architect the Future**: Craft the high-level architectural vision, leading the design of scalable, performant, and user-centric analytics solutions.
- ** Drive Technology Choices**: Research, evaluate, and select the optimal frameworks, libraries, and cloud services to underpin the platform.
- ** Champion Best Practices**: Establish coding standards, development processes (Agile, CI/CD, etc.), and quality assurance measures.
- ** Collaborate and Innovate**: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, industry experts, and **particularly the Head of UI/UX**, to ensure solutions align with real-world needs and deliver exceptional user experiences through intuitive and interactive data visualizations.
- ** Mentor and Lead**: Guide and empower development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and evolve the platform's modular, extensible architecture for both on-premises and cloud-based deployments.
- Design high-performance data processing pipelines to handle large-scale, potentially real-time datasets
- Develop robust API layers to enable seamless integration with existing systems and future data sources.
- Oversee the implementation of intuitive, interactive visualization components.
- Ensure rigorous security and compliance measures throughout the platform.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**
- ** Technical Visionary**: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of hands-on software architecture experience.
- ** AI/ML Fluency**: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating predictive models, statistical analysis, and visualization techniques.
