**Roles and Responsibilities**
**Grant Research and Identification**
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential funding sources, including government agencies, private foundations, and corporate sponsors.
- Monitor funding opportunities and stay updated on trends and changes in funding priorities related to nanotechnology.
**Proposal Development**
- Collaborate with R&D team members to understand project goals, methodologies, and outcomes.
- Write clear, concise, and compelling grant proposals, including executive summaries, project descriptions, budgets, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure proposals are tailored to meet the specific requirements and priorities of each funding source.
**Project Management**
- Develop and manage timelines for proposal submissions to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate the collection and assembly of required documentation and supporting materials.
- Review and edit proposal content for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with funding guidelines.
**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Build and maintain relationships with funding agencies, foundations, and other potential sponsors.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure alignment of project goals with funding opportunities.
- Participate in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with funders as needed.
**Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain detailed records of all grant submissions, funding status, and outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on grant activities, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Assist with the preparation of post-award reports and compliance documentation.

- Support H2MOF’s affiliate companies when required based on management’s guidance.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or engineering or relevant field from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a grant writer
- Proven record of securing major grants
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Follow procedures with keen attention to details
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
