**Camp Margaritaville Crystal Beach** is seeking a friendly and attentive **Pool Attendant** to join our team. The Pool Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests at our pool areas. This role involves checking guests in, assisting with their belongings, and creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival at the pool area and provide them with any necessary information about pool facilities and resort services.
- Maintain vigilance to ensure the safety of all guests in and around the pool area. Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and promote a secure environment.
- Keep the pool area clean and organized, including picking up towels and arranging poolside furniture for optimal guest comfort.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Proactively engage with guests to enhance their experience and create memorable moments during their stay.
- Work closely with other resort staff members, food and beverage servers, and maintenance personnel, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of pool safety procedures and protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
