Evening/ Overnight Concierge

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guests' inquiries and concerns
- Assist residents with food delivery/ guest procedures
- Handle guest requests for information, reservations, and services
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Coordinate with other apartment staff to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction
- Assist with concierge services such as booking transportation, making restaurant reservations, and arranging tours or activities
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong guest service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries over the phone
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and standards
- Experience in a hotel or similar customer service environment is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
