The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing our marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate projects such as website development and updates.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting and engagement.
- Attend marketing events, expos, and networking functions to represent the company.
- Assist with the annual registrations and renewals of various certifications.
- Complete prequalification forms for potential projects.
- Assist in the development of proposals and marketing materials.
- Maintain and organize marketing databases and files.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and insights for marketing materials.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to marketing.
- Build and nurture client relationships through regular conversations and interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
