**Job Title**: Computer Operator / Computer Helpdesk
**Work Hours**: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT)
The Computer Operator / Helpdesk Technician provides essential support to computer users by maintaining the operations of computer systems and networks, troubleshooting problems, and managing helpdesk tickets. Responsibilities include monitoring and controlling computer systems, responding to user inquiries, and resolving issues that affect the operation and efficiency of hardware and software.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in computer operations or helpdesk support
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and telecommunications systems
- Experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and support
- Familiarity with network security practices and anti-virus programs
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $35.62 per hour
