Reporting to the Manager of Union Trust Fund Payments & Audits, you will join a team to help manage benefits processing for union employees. Your responsibilities will involve time-sensitive activities and interactions with multiple union trust funds and internal departments. This is a great opportunity to develop a career in Labor Relations if you like staying busy, have a passion for customer service, Excel (maintain and create spreadsheets) familiarity, and basic accountancy skills.

**Schedule**: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

**What You'll Do**
- Analyze, audit, and correct union reports before submission to union trust funds or financial institutions
- Remit monthly payments to union trust funds
- Maintain systems containing CBAs and support applicable updates when new contracts arise
- Manage electronic filing system
- Maintain the accuracy of union contracts, payments, and benefit files or reports
- Contact for union benefits, dues, and other questions or issues about union trust funds
- Work with Operations, Human Resources, and Payroll teams to ensure system configurations are completed ensuring accuracy
- Provide the Payroll department with monthly union payroll totals to reconcile with the general ledger
- Open and analyze all incoming mail about union benefits or contracts
- Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership

**What You'll Have**
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year in a payroll/financial auditing/administrative function
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills to work basic functionality to include formulas and ability to learn VLOOKUP and pivot tables
