We are seeking a dynamic **Brand Engagement Manager** to join our client's team and drive strategic insights that will accelerate the growth and international development of their prestigious brands

As a Brand Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in project management, ensuring the seamless execution of initiatives while keeping the consumer at the forefront of decision-making. Your ability to identify trends, communicate insights effectively, and conduct consumer research will be instrumental in shaping the brand strategy. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams in California, demonstrating exceptional communication and project management skills across distances.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of project execution, meticulously managing details and identifying potential roadblocks.
- Strike a balance between taking direct action and rallying the team when collective efforts are required.
- Serve as the voice of the consumer, analyzing reports and identifying trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Conduct consumer research, including setting up tests and collaborating with suppliers to gather valuable insights.
- Capture brands CMI needs to support the design of testing strategy and plans for brand and portfolio building, and manage testing budget.
- Execute & activate the agreed research plan: agency proposition, hot debrief/workshop, global analysis/connecting dots into action-oriented recommendations.
- Communicate and influence high-quality recommendations at the right level in the organization to impact business decisions.
- Monitor consumer trends by tracking internal and external research and insights: liaising with the different CMI entities, keeping updates on market updates and industry reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in market research, psychology, sociology, or marketing.
- Extensive experience in strategic qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Familiarity with the luxury industry and its unique dynamics and expressions.
- Proven ability to support brand development initiatives and drive innovation.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize insights from diverse sources of information.
- Sensitivity to brand equity, positioning, and targeting strategies.
- Curiosity-driven with a passion for uncovering consumer trends and driving innovation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering concise presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation creation.
- Ability to work effectively with remote and diverse teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.
