Essential Duties:
Answer incoming calls from potential customers while projecting a professional image and using a company-prepared script.
- Utilizes customer service skills to communicate and assist customers and technicians.
- Follows company training to assure prompt and accurate dispatch of incoming orders.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Be knowledgeable and current on pricing, seasonal promotions, coupons, and other price-related information.
- Dispatcher must be comfortable making outgoing calls to communicate with customers pertaining to their appointments and scheduling service appointments.
- Dispatcher must have a positive mindset, goal-oriented, energetic and willingness to learn.
- Dispatcher must have a very pleasant telephone demeanor and be able to demonstrate good customer service and telephone etiquette.
- Dispatcher must be familiar with company policies and be able to communicate with customers in regard to services the company provides with a high degree of accuracy.
- Dispatcher must be able to work with other employees, management, and technicians to get the job done correctly and in the best interest of our customers while abiding by Company policies and procedures.
- Has basic Plumbing and or HVAC knowledge.
- Bilingual is a PLUS. Spanish/English
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- Provide service technicians with information about service orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements
- Dispatch must be willing to work with flexible schedules.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
