**Position Summary**
- May perform specific Job Activities as assigned per office location or as directed by the DTE.
- Developing, assigning and reviewing training materials created for the purpose of training clinical staff.
- Acts as a role model and resource to clinical staff.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of all common clinical functions, policies and procedures for onsite training of new hires and assessments of established employees within region/pod.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service; the ability to demonstrate a series of activities designed to enhance the level of both internal and external stakeholder satisfaction.
- Assists with orientation & training of new clinical staff.
- Evaluates the educational needs of nursing staff and arranges in-services.
- Educational Resource for Clinical staff and Team Leads in the clinic and related satellite clinics.
- Identify and recommend policies and procedures as needed to ensure quality, compliance, accuracy, and cost efficiency as pertaining to patient care needs at clinic locations.
- Ensures clinical staff compliance with patient care policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Acts as OSHA Safety Officer for clinic location and ensures staff compliance with OSHA regulations and safety guidelines. Provides annual OSHA in-service to clinic staff.
- Ensures all staff compliance with HIPAA policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with other Clinical Regional Trainers and Practice Managers in evaluating and implementing changes and improvements in training and services.
- Clinical Regional Trainers may be asked to participate or obtain information for new ancillary services pertaining to their assigned training specialties.
- Continues professional self-development. Required to participate in continuing education classes 1-2 times yearly.
- Attends Clinical Regional Trainer Meetings as scheduled.
- Attendance is required for all In-Service trainings
- Travel to other clinics, within reasonable distance, will be required.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Texas Nursing RN or LVN License.
- Current CPR Certification.
- 4 years nursing experience preferred with 2-3 years of progressive supervisory and/or management experience desired. Allergy/ENT Medical Office experience helpful.
