The **Quality Assurance/Certification Manager** will be responsible for providing Quality Assurance services on child support system implementation/modernization projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing Quality Assurance services following the standardized processes that Conduent will develop.
- Customizing processes, as necessary, for individual projects.
- Developing and reviewing quality processes.
- Reviewing deliverables to determine if they meet project requirements.
- Using experience with federal child support requirements to review changes to the system and assist clients with preparation for federal certification.

**Requirements**:

- Have 5 or more years’ experience working as a quality professional on system implementation projects, ideally on a child support system project.
- Show 5 or more years’ experience performing quality assurance/quality control activities on a large, complex automated system.
- Have 3 or more years’ experience performing software testing and defect management activities.
- Possess one year of experience documenting and tracking requirements and test cases through SDLC phases using an ALM tool.
- Demonstrate understanding of the different aspects of quality management (QA, QC, Audit).
- Have proven history of developing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
- Display planning and organization skills.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective presentation skills.
- Show strong knowledge of federal child support requirements and experience aiding a child support certification effort.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $120k.
