We currently have an opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The primary component of this role is to supervise cleaning teams in performing cleaning duties and associated tasks. Work will be performed in accordance with the facility's maintenance requirements, and within the framework of existing schedules.

Weekends as needed
- **Pay**:_ From $21.00 per hour

As a Cleaning Supervisor you will be responsible for:

- The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behavior whilst on duty
- Ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building
- Reviewing work schedules
- Ordering of cleaning materials
- Monitoring of all cleaning activities
- Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Previous experience in a cleaning environment
- Previous experience of managing a team
- The ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
- Health and Safety experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Use of general cleaning equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Approximately 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, housekeeping or custodial services
- **MUST** Speak English and Spanish
- Reliable transportation to and from client accounts
- Ability to effectively communicate with the client and follow through with requests
- _**2 YEAR MINIMUM OF LEAD and/or SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE**_
