**Job Title: Desktop Technician**
**Location: Washington, DC**
Able to work required hours onsite at Washington, DC Pew Charitable Trusts location.
**Work hours**: 37.5 hours a week. Monday
- Friday, 9am to 5 pm with a 30 minute lunch.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to follow operational procedures
- Demonstrates working knowledge of PC hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and some 11, MS Office 2016, Microsoft Office 365.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and standard desktop software desired.
**Responsibilities**:
- Performs PC imaging
- Performs PC deployment
- Performs Windows 10 migrations
- Performs troubleshooting for PC laptops
- Provides support for office moves
- Maintains Desktop hardware inventory
- Plans and executes IT tasks as scheduled.
- Assists Users with their issues and documents actions in ServiceNow as defined by the customer.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

**Experience**:
- PC installation and troubleshooting: 4 years (preferred)
