We are seeking a **Director, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) **to:
- Lead the strategic planning, design, and execution of HR systems while serving as a strategic advisor and expert on HR technology and technology programs impacting UW Health.
- Lead and enhance the efficiency of our HR operations and improve the overall employee digital experience.
- Develop and execute an advanced HR technology strategy, managing the Oracle HR platform (and other HR technologies).

**Education**:
**Work Experience**:
Minimum - Seven (7) years of progressive/relevant experience in the management of human resources, HRIS or information systems
Preferred -Experience in a large academic or complex health program that included HRIS services.
**Licenses and Certifications**:
Preferred -Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification or SHRM-SCP
