**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory records using our designated software systems. Update inventory counts regularly and reconcile any discrepancies.
- **Stock Replenishment**: Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
- **Receiving and Shipping**: Assist with receiving shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and ensuring proper storage. Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and labeling.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy and identify any damaged or defective items.
- **Organization and Maintenance**: Keep the inventory storage area clean, organized, and accessible. Implement efficient storage solutions to maximize space utilization.
- **Reporting**: Generate inventory reports as needed for management review. Provide insights and recommendations for improving inventory processes and reducing waste.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including warehouse staff, procurement team, and management, to ensure smooth inventory operations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.50 - $23.49 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
