**Who we are**:
At Giammichele Law APC, we are a boutique law firm that specializes in trust, estate, and family law matters. We are currently looking to add a **Client Services Coordinator** to the team. This is a permanent full-time position with potential for remote work.

This role is perfect for someone who has strong people skills and is looking to take on new challenges with a team that is knowledgeable, high achieving, and fun.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide general office support including answering calls, scheduling appointments, administrative tasks, and coordinating with clients for any document requests or concerns;
- Manage the intake and retention process for new clients;
- Assist with collection of payments and setting up payment plans with clients.
- At least 1 year of experience in an office setting preferably in a legal and/or sales capacity;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and G-Suite;
- Excellent people skills - must be comfortable handling a significant call volume and discussing financial issues;
- Multi-lingual a plus.

**Compensation Range: $20.00-$23.00 per hour.**

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
