Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and engage campers in various activities and games
- Implement planned programs and activities to promote camper involvement
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
- Provide guidance and support to campers in their personal growth and development
- Assist in the planning and execution of daily schedules and routines
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members

**Experience**:

- Experience working with children in a camp setting or similar environment
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Ability to manage behavior effectively and create a positive atmosphere
- Familiarity with Christian counseling practices is a plus
- First aid certification is preferred
- Previous experience in babysitting, tutoring, or classroom management is beneficial
- Education background in Early Childhood Education or related field is advantageous

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Summer Camp Counselor at Rolling Hills Country Club in Wilton, CT. The Camp Counselor will be responsible for organizing and leading various camp activities, providing supervision and guidance to campers, ensuring safety during all activities, and promoting positive social interactions among campers. The Camp Counselor will also assist with planning and implementing educational and recreational programs, as well as creating a fun and engaging environment for campers.
