We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell properties, provide guidance on property values and market trends, and negotiate the best deals for their clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Provide clients with market data to support their decision-making.
- Create and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Attend open houses and property showings to promote listings.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers.
- Ensure all documents are properly signed and recorded.

**Requirements**:

- A valid real estate license.
- Proven experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A comprehensive understanding of local and national real estate laws.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
