**Pay**:$21.00 - $27.00 per hour**

**Job Duties**
- Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
- Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
- Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
- 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- School cases need availability from 8:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday
- Availability during after-school hours from 3:00pm - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, as well as on weekends and holidays for additional work
- Childcare experience required
- Bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese preferred
