**Sales Associate**

Hardwood Bargains is looking for a coachable, motivated and competitive team player for our Sales Associate role. This role will have the opportunity to learn and grow in multiple areas of the business and develop a strong sales acumen with a consultative sales approach while working and assisting in all facets of the business. Our associates provide excellent customer service and work with retail customers, builders, contractors and designers. Is reliable and self motivated.

**General Duties**:
Educates customers about our products while showing displays and samples of merchandise

Create estimates, cost and amount of material required, referring to customer's floor plans or descriptions

Receives payment or obtains credit authorization

Uses a computer database to research the availability of merchandise

Follow-up timely and professionally with customers on all communications, inquiries, and troubleshooting

General warehouse duties

Delivery of materials to customers

General upkeep of showroom

**Position Requirements**:
Self motivated with a strong drive and desire to succeed

Problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Hardwood flooring knowledge a plus

CRM experience a plus

Computer experience required

Solid knowledge of basic geometry

Valid driver's license

**Pay and Benefits**:
Compensation: $20/hr
