We are looking for motivated and hardworking Assistant Gellers for our Oconto team This is a 3rd shift position, Sunday - Thursday, 6PM to 8AM. Starting rate of pay is based on experience with the potential for multiple reviews within your first year
- **What you will do**_
- Learn the process for operating the spray equipment and use the proper methods/techniques
- Ensure gel coat thickness and catalyst ratios comply with company specifications
- On the job training
- _**What you need to have**_

- **High School diploma is preferred**:

- Knowledge and experience with composite materials preferred
- Experience with industrial painting (using a spray gun)
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understands and can read a tape measure
- Able to work alone or get along with others
