The ideal applicant is an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is comfortable working with a team to meet client needs. Our client accounting services department exists to assist individuals, businesses, and not for profits with bookkeeping, payroll, and efficiency needs.

Our goal is to provide clients with extraordinary service while being flexible enough to allow a good balance between work and home life for our staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and adjust client prepared general ledgers
- Prepare payroll tax returns
- Prepare sales and use tax returns
- Run payroll for clients
- Assist clients with payable and/or receivable needs
- Financial statement preparation
- Client bookkeeping services including entering client activity into QuickBooks or similar programs

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in accounting is preferred
- Experience with payroll tax preparation and Form 1099 preparation is preferred
- Team player who works well with others
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills: proficiency preferred in Lacerte, Excel, QuickBooks, and other MS Office products

Our firm offers a competitive salary, combined with industry leading employee benefits including:

We pay 100% of employee's health insurance and 50% of dependents health insurance.

Eligible 401K plan after one month of hire with a guaranteed 5% match and discretionary 5% match (employee must defer 5% to be eligible for the 10% match).

A flextime hours policy including a 4-9-4 work schedule during the summer and holidays.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
