Reporting to the Product Group Director, this role is instrumental in elevating our B2B Platform through data-driven strategic innovation. - **What you'll do**:

- Work closely with stakeholders across the company to define the vision and strategy for the B2B Product Platform.
- Act as the bridge between engineering, sales, and client teams to identify the right product and business strategy.
- Drive data-driven strategic innovation to take the B2B Product Platform to the next level.
- Transform creative ideas into impactful products and experiences for our clients.
- Lead by example, fostering a selfless and collaborative leadership style across teams.
- Collaborate with peers and partner effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

**We'd love for you to have**
- Experience leading large teams across multiple geographies and functional areas (sales, client, engineering, and support).
- Strong communication skills to evangelize product strategy and vision.
- Ability to translate product strategy into roadmaps that drive results.
- Innovative thinking to synthesize data from multiple sources, including analytics and user research, to identify key unmet needs and craft solutions.
- Empathy towards customers, capable of identifying and articulating customer problems, anticipating requirements, and influencing the team towards better outcomes.
- Relevant experience developing products for B2B markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred, MBA is a plus.
- Desired but not required experience working on Salesforce.
