**Responsibilities**:

- Handles data entry, customer invoicing, credit card processing.
- Manages customer accounts including taking and processing orders
- Coordinates shipping of product to multiple customer channels.
- Maintains organization of shipping and invoicing documents.
- Handles initial steps of customer complaints or returns, documents and forwards to appropriate personnel as applicable.
- Completes documents for international shipments
- Processes orders for key accounts including handling and organizing shipping, and compliance documents.
- Completes quality control documents for product release and international shipments.
- Handles basic bookkeeping tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience/Skills/Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work within a team and make time sensitive decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, QuickBooks, ShipStation, Shopify, SPS Commerce, Webgility
- Logistics experience including ground, LTL and truckload shipping

Pay: From $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
