**Responsibilities**:

- Integrate and execute the CEO vision and strategic plan
- 100% ownership and accountability of productivity and results
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's operations including marketing, sales and production
- Works with department heads to drive sales efforts within the company to achieve targeted growth objectives, exceed customer experience expectations and optimize profitability.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

**Requirements/Skills/Ability**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or relevant related experience will be considered.
- 5 - 7 years of business experience in sales and / or operations, with a minimum of 3 years of related field leadership experience preferably within the home improvement industry.
- Strong loyalty, leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Demonstrated business acumen, strategic thinking, and an ability to execute against formulated strategy.
- Ability to lead large scale change initiatives.
- Ability to direct large staff of functional experts to execute the corporate strategy.
- Process-oriented and results-oriented in setting and pursuing aggressive goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to organizational success, and marshaling resources to accomplish goals and objectives.

**Ideal Qualities**:

- 7 + years of leadership experience within the home improvement industry with previous Business Growth P&L responsibility.
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness, operations, warehouse and procurement management
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with employee relations, talent management/engagement, team building, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Superior management skills, excellent time management, planning, and forward-thinking skills.
- Must demonstrate ability to work with and influence peers and management.
- Expert familiarity with applicable building codes and practices.
