**Job summary**:
**Minimum requirements**:
An Associate degree in either Accounting, and/or Business Administration. Specific skills needed include: strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, strong technical aptitude, solves problems effectively, well organized, and works well in a team.
**Administrative responsibilities**:
- Plan management: entering billbacks, off invoice, lump sum, rebates, markdowns, spoilage, damages, slotting, racking, trade show booth fee and allowances
- Maintain and ensure accurate rebate or promo contracts/planners
- Process deductions
- Process check requests/invoices
- Maintain credits in MCS and client system
- Sales Support as needed
- Manufacturing forecasting
- Provide general information to clients and public
