**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive prospective clients to engage with our agency.
- **Client Outreach**: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and networking efforts.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
- **Events and Networking**: Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on marketing and business development activities, including key performance indicators and successes.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in marketing, business development, or sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel within the designated area.
