**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently using Open Dental software
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental clinic operations
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional customer service
- Have dental assiting experience, be able to take xrays, and help the doctor and teammates as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or receptionist or in a similar medical office role is preferred
- Proficiency in administrative support tasks and front desk operations
- additional training is available
- Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus
- Knowledge of clinic procedures and terminology related to dental care
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
