- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and implementing proper inventory control procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments, including managing carrier relationships, freight logistics, and documentation.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff.
- Optimize warehouse layout and organization to maximize space utilization and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.

- **Qualifications**:_
- A High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Forklift certification or other relevant equipment certifications are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring inventory integrity and order fulfillment.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
