Cannabis knowledge and experience is a plus.

We are looking for a Cannabis Brand Ambassador to help us grow our presence in dispensaries and build our community with retailers, budtenders, and consumers. We are looking for someone bold, creative, and action-oriented to travel to collectives throughout California and to teach customers and staff about our brands.

Job Duties:

- Effectively communicate brand ethos, mission statement, process and goals.
- Act as the “face” of our partner brands at all cannabis industry events within your assigned territory.
- Represent Smoke Show Co. in an enthusiastic and professional manner at retail stores and events within the Cannabis industry:

- Host demos/PADs to get the word out about our product line, upcoming SKUs, and events.
- Complete recap forms within 24-48 hours of your shift. Review recap form before shift to make sure all questions are answered and pictures are submitted.
- Responsible for set-up and breakdown of demos as well as promotional product inventory.
- Execute Promotion through tracking activities, sales and communication during demos.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of our products and be able to effectively articulate that to new and returning consumers.
- Help develop customer success strategies to drive sales and growth within existing accounts.
- Provide insight to trends seen in the California cannabis field market.
- Track and record all hours for reimbursement.

Experience and Skills
- Valid driver’s license/access to a vehicle or reliable transportation (travel required).
- Two years Sales, Brand Ambassador, Customer Service, Event Staff or Budtender experience is a plus.
- Confident and outgoing self-starter with excellent communication and organization skills.
- Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to work with people from a variety of backgrounds.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis compliance and regulations.
- Passion for cannabis and a willingness to educate and train others on the industry and products.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
- Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Bonus incentive program after 90 days.

**Salary**:
Independent Contractor gig work.

Hourly - $25-$50
