**Job Type**:
- Part time with a potential to transition to a full-time position with benefits
**What We Expect From You**:
- Design individualized ABA programs
- Perform functional behavior assessments
- Train parents and staff in the delivery of individualized ABA plans
- Make regular supervision visits to clients’ homes and provide ongoing supervision and support for Behavior Interventionists (Bis)
- Conduct initial assessments
- Write and submit assessment reports and progress reports
- Ensure treatment fidelity by providing frequent feedback to Bis and parents
- Welcome feedback from supervisors and implement the feedback
- Practice cultural humility by respecting the cultural values of the families you work with, and ask questions to learn & develop your own cultural competency
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and colleagues while maintaining professionalism
- Maintain high attendance
- Complete other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- At least 1 year experience supervising in-home ABA cases as a BCBA
- Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license, auto insurance)
- Passing background check (FBI & DOJ)
- Passing TB test clearance
- Residing within the LA surrounding areas
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to take and implement constructive feedback
