Coastal Networks is an established managed service provider (MSP) for dental offices in the Tampa Bay area, operating since 2004. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest levels of customer service, expert support, and cutting-edge technology solutions to all of our clients.
- **The Position**_
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team and work with various aspects of small business network technologies. This full-time position offers remote support services to both co-workers and clients, with ample opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
In this role, you will be working with a wide range of IT systems in dental offices. These include firewalls, anti-virus software, domain servers, workstations, Active Directory, group policies, wireless networks, VOIP, endpoint management, hardware and security monitoring, Microsoft 365, printer deployment, user management, patch management, software installations, dental software, X-ray and 3D imaging systems, HIPAA security, BCDR (Business Continuity Disaster Recovery), SaaS systems, and more.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
