**Who we are**:
For over 34 years, R.F. Technologies, Inc. has been one of the largest independent retailers of wireless drive-thru, surveillance, and audio equipment within the United States. With multiple strategically located service centers, RFT supports the QSR Industry (Quick Service Restaurants, i.e. McDonald's, Burger King, etc.) with installation, break-fix, and other field related services. We are experiencing massive growth within our business and are in need of a Production Technician I to join our team.

**About the role**:
Production Technician I will be responsible for completing repairs according to procedures and diagrams of wireless headsets and other equipment used in the QSR industry.

**What you'll do**:

- Complete repairs of wireless radios, belt packs, and other equipment
- Component level repair of assemblies using both SMT (surface mount technology) and through hole rework techniques.
- Work as a team to solve issues and complete daily tasks
- General inventory control
- 2+ years of experience in electronics troubleshooting down to component level preferred (not required)
- Associates degree in Electronics preferred (not required)
- Excellent soldering skills (not required)

**Skills and abilities**:

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality in all work performed
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
- Must be high energy, positive, and motivated individual
- Ability to work independently

**What we offer**:

- $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

- Normal working hours - Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime may be required)
