**Responsibilities of Business Office Associate**:

- Promptly answer facility phones in a professional manner and direct callers to appropriate party
- Greeting and directing visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Enter daily RFMS withdrawals and deposits.
- Enter daily PPA/insurance/AR Panini deposits.
- Opening/Closing/Freezing of resident RFMS accounts.
- Assisting Social Worker and Recreation Director with resident spend down needs.
- Mailing quarterly statements and relevant logs.
- Complete weekly lab reports as requested by lab representative.
- Ensuring all Medicaid screens are on file.
- Performs other duties as directed by Administrator or Regional BOM.

**Qualifications for Business Office Associate**:

- Ability to type and use general office equipment is required. Computer skills required.
- Previous business office experience in long term care setting preferred.
- Previous experience with Masshealth preferred
