This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Court Improvement Program. Court Improvement duties include preparing materials, mailings and correspondence such as grant proposals, financial documentation, funding disbursements, and general correspondence. The position will also staff the Parent Assistance Hotline which was created to offer parents a better understanding of the Arizona dependency process and ensure that callers were given contact information of the agency best suited to address their specific concerns.

This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proved their ability to perform assigned tasks.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
**SELECTION PROCESS**:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Some positions may take 4-6 weeks to fill. Only applicants whose backgrounds most closely meet the needs of the position may be invited to interview.
