WinnCompanies is looking for a **Contract Specialist** to join our corporate office in **Boston, MA.
In this role, you will assist in all aspects of the organization’s property management contract administration as well as all HUD, State Agency and other 3rd party approvals.
Please note that this is a hybrid position which work schedule consists of Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm; 3 days in-office and 2 remote days.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the drafting and tracking of new Management Agreement / document requests, renewals and changes including Addendums, Amendments, Assignments, etc.
- Assist with drafting of HUD required documentation for initial management approvals and renewals as needed.
- Create and maintain a master management agreement tracker of all executed documents per site and store in Document Directory.
- Coordinate all execution of contracts and HUD documents between Owner and Agent
- Management of all department specific documents including agreement request forms, templates, HUD Allowable Fee document, etc.
- Assist with other department projects as needed
**Requirements**:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1 - 3 years of related work experience.
- Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suites.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
