**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Overview**:We are looking for an Admin assistant who would like to be a part of our Maintenance team with one of the largest transportation companies in the entertainment industry. A successful Admin Assistant will have excellent time management, has a “can do” attitude, works well as a team player, and understands the importance of getting the job done. This position is an opportunity to learn and better your skills. You will provide support to managers in a customer service center by completing duties such as monitoring service inquiries, maintaining inventory of spare parts, enforcing service rules in the facility, tracking service operations, maintaining daily service reports, and reporting to managers.

**Job Functions**:

- Create estimates
- Request estimates from the vendor
- Approve invoices to finance department
- Registration
- NYC inspections
- Hut stickers
- Credit card receipts
- Customer service

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with a positive and upbeat attitude
- Demonstrated ability to follow directives

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
