**Objective**:
The FOOD RUNNER is responsible for ensuring guests receive excellent service while meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
- Ensures guests receive excellent service.
- Ensures guest tables are clean, pre-bussed, food is ran in a timely manner.
- Greets guests.
- Cross trains as needed.
- Ensures guest's complaints are promptly addressed by management.
- Contributes to restaurant cleanliness.
- Maintains stock of various service items.
- Maintains safe work habits and work environments.
- Abides by food safety standards.
