**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service
- Have strong attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and follow up skills
- Have the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrate superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and to work independently
- Must be able to adapt to changes as it is required
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel
- Experience with eDesk/Helpmonks or similar Helpdesk service preferred

Employment type: full-time

Work Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
