**Duties**:

- Overseeing Detox and residential treatment center for substance usue disorder
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care
- Patient Assessments
- Treatment Plans
- One on One Sessions
- Utlization Reviews
- Conduct one on one sessions with all the clients
- Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the organization

**Skills**:

- Ability to oversee clinical and make sure insurance reviews are done, biopsychosocials (BPS) on time, including client care, treatment plans, and medical staff supervision.
- Healthcare management: Proficient in managing healthcare operations, including budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills: Ability to provide guidance, motivate staff, and foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate with medical staff, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
