**What You Will Do**:
Influences leadership across the organization to optimize service level and inventory. Coach and develop team of supply planners split between launch and basic. Animate cross-division/supply chain priorities. Responsible for the stock equation (confirmation and inventory) and ensures the quality of the demand requirements for the brands they manage.
- Influences decision making in performance improvement and resolves obstacles.
- Participate and lead cross functional project teams.
- Analyze specific trends to determine risks & opportunities.
- Manage launch and basic stock strategy at the SKU level for multiple métiers.
- Facilitate/lead monthly meetings with stakeholders such as GM, Sales, Marketing and Finance to review risks
- Responsible for monthly Procurement cycle, influencing and collaborating regularly with France GS&OP to ensure best interest of US Affiliate are secured.
- Work closely with the Promo and Development teams on promotional programs.
- Investigate daily/weekly cuts to identify causes and work to find solutions.
- Responsible for diverse catalogue split between two GMs (Valentino, Prada, Viktor & Rolf, Mugler, Azzaro, Ralph Lauren, Maison Margiela)
