- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and mínimal wait times.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, insurance coverage, and billing.
- Process patient paperwork, including insurance verification, consent forms, and medical history updates.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and patient care.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Collaborate with the dental team to uphold our practice's standards of excellence and patient satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a dental or medical setting.
- Proficiency in dental office software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in patient records and scheduling.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance protocols preferred
