We seek a dedicated and passionate **Market & Outreach Manager** to join our team. As a Market & Outreach Manager, you will conduct market visits, provide on-site technical support, lead the physical distribution of all printed marketing materials, coordinate outreach efforts, educate the community about our organization's services, and promote continued and reliable access to healthy, affordable, and nutritious food. As the on-site point-of-contact for information about Harvest Home programming, the position will support the site staff and farmers, assisting in program implementation and community relations.

**Responsibilities**

Ø Assist in preparation activities for the market season, including managing the distribution and inventory of supplies and educational materials.

Ø Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase community engagement

Ø Educate individuals and groups about our organization's services and resources

Ø Coordinate and supervise outreach events and activities

Ø Collaborate with community partners to maximize outreach efforts

Ø Provide administrative support for programs, including data collection and reporting

Ø Manage social media platforms to increase engagement and promote awareness

Ø Conduct market research to identify target populations and develop targeted outreach campaigns

Ø Conduct daily visits to markets to provide support to the farmers, Site Coordinators, and conduct community outreach

Ø Provide market coverage as needed and conduct community surveys

Ø Represent the organization at community events and presentations

**Experience**
- Associate degree in marketing or management or related field preferred
- Experience in outreach or community engagement roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in social media management platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Spanish-speaking preferred
- NY Driver’s License required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
