- Hybrid / Technology / Full-Time_
- The IT Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining Corestream’s computers, office IT resources, and assisting employees with issues and requests. They will perform initial diagnosis of issues, document their findings, and resolve issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain laptop inventory for company, stage machines for employee issuing.
- Set up machines for new employees and assist with onboarding resources (access, software requests, troubleshooting).
- Manage offboarding resources by removing access, wiping machines, and placing back into inventory.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees to troubleshoot issues or field requests with their equipment and software.
- Maintain office IT resources for conference rooms, network, security cameras and access control.
- Provide technical assistance by installing, configuring, testing, and upgrading computer software and hardware.
- Train users on equipment by providing documentation, demonstrations, and best practices.
- Provide access support and setup for a variety of 3rd party software tools
- Ensure overall security and stability of endpoint devices

**Recipe for Success**:

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with onsite and remote staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in IT customer service role
- Ability to seek information and drive for quality results
- Experience with administering O365
- Network experience; familiarity with Cisco/Unifi switches preferred
- Adaptable and motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, nimble, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows/Mac machines and OS
- College degree (BS/MS) or Associate Degree in related field or equivalent experience working in Corporate IT support role
- Ability to work onsite at Tampa, FL office
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds without limitations

**Salary**: Competitive compensation package based on qualifications and experience.
