**JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for verifying and ensuring accuracy of recorded information, including tax, forms, fees, license/vin information etc
- Verifies that all documents are approved, signed, and distributed according to established procedures
- Serves as a point of contact for employee/customer questions
- Keeps accurate records of titles and provides updates on a regular basis
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to titles.
- Keeps up to date with title, registration, and related regulatory requirements and changes.
- Administrative duties

**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High school diploma or GED
- Must have an eye for detail and an ability to multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous Manufactured Housing experience is a plus
- Authorized to work in the US
- Pass a background check
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others and build partnerships with various teams both internally and externally
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish helpful
- Maintain reasonable awareness of relevant laws and agency regulations, including but not limited to federal fair housing laws, sexual harassment, disability accommodations, landlord tenant relationships and any applicable local housing provisions
- Other projects and responsibilities as may be assigned by management
- Ability to multi-task, analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to set, manage and meet goals and deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Valid driver’s license required

**COMPENSATION**:

- Hourly position with compensation based on experience
- Eleven paid holidays annually
